Grilled Salmon

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. If desired, sprinkle the salmon with your favorite herbs.
  4. Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, on the grill.
